Dr David Erritzoe
Clinical Associate Professor in Neuropsychopharmacology and Psychiatry at Imperial College London, and Consultant Academic Psychiatrist in CNWL NHS Foundation Trust. He is the Director of the Centre for Psychedelic Research and the CIPPRes Clinic, leading a multidisciplinary team bridging world-class academia with front-line NHS delivery. He is ranked in the top 0.1% of cited scientists globally with over 160 publications.
Dr Ryan Kemp
Director of Therapies at CNWL NHS Foundation Trust and the Therapies Lead for the CIPPRes Clinic. He provides strategic leadership for the psychological and psychotherapeutic components of the clinic’s pilots and services, ensuring they integrate safely with NHS clinical governance.
Dr Kyle Greenway
Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at McGill University. He is an international pioneer in psychedelic research and instrumental in the development of the "Montreal Model" upon which the CIM-KeT adaptation is based.
Dr Nicolas Garel
Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Addictology at Université de Montréal, he specializes in treatment-resistant depression and addiction. He is a pioneer in ketamine-assisted therapy and a co-developer of the “Montreal Model”.

Strategic Advisor for NHS Implementation at Imperial College London, and former COO and Managing Director of Clinics at Awakn Life Sciences.
Dr Kathryn Forcer
Clinical Research Fellow in Psychopharmacology at Imperial College London, working as a medic and therapy guide on studies at the Centre for Psychedelic Research, where she is also undertaking an MD(Res) degree. Her prior background is a Core Psychiatry Trainee in East London NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Pedro Castro Rodrigues
Clinical Research Fellow, MD, PhD, is a psychiatrist and Clinical Research Fellow at the Centre for Psychedelic Research, Imperial College London, with over 15 years of clinical experience specialising in depression, addiction and harm reduction. His work sits at the intersection of psychiatry and neuroscience, with a particular focus on integrating pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches to understand and harness the therapeutic potential of psychedelic substances. He has been at the forefront of implementing psychedelic therapy in within real-world healthcare settings, having previously coordinated a pioneering programme combining ketamine with psychotherapy at a large public hospital in Lisbon, and currently serves as Clinical Co-Lead of the CIM-KET service pilot at CNWL NHS Foundation Trust.
Ben Watson
Ben Watson is a psychodynamic psychotherapist and deputy clinical lead in an NHS talking therapies service. He is the lead therapist in the delivery of the CIM-KeT Pilot within an NHS talking therapy service. He has over 15 years of clinical and operational experience working within NHS therapy pathways. He is interested and motivated to establish safe and ethical psychedelic assisted therapy pathways within NHS services.
Davina Sacks
Davina Sacks is an integrative psychotherapist, primarily drawing on psychodynamic and humanistic approaches. With over 10 years’ experience working as a psychotherapist, including five years within an NHS talking therapies service as a senior counsellor, Davina brings a strong relational perspective to psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
Stratis Pasdekis
Integrative Psychotherapist and Counselling Lead in an NHS Talking Therapies service within CNWL. He has 16 years of experience within NHS TT, and works with individuals, groups and couples. He is one of the therapists within the CIM Ket Pilot and has an interest in the development of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in the NHS.
